New product and archive checkout, project backing, and tipping are not open yet. Creator projects may appear after review, but no backing hold or charge is taken while checkout is unavailable. Paid collectible drops are also closed. The free experience playground is available without a purchase. English dubbing and VF Voice are planned features. Check availability on each offer.

For a purchase issue, include the order or backing reference, affected item, date, and what happened. Do not send full card numbers, security codes, passwords, or verification codes. Contact hours and a guaranteed response time are not specified.
Prices, payment method, and timing
Prices are displayed in Japanese yen (JPY), including the site’s applicable tax amount. The total is shown before confirmation. Your card issuer may apply conversion and other fees. Internet, mobile data, and storage costs are your responsibility. Digital content has no physical shipping charge.
Available checkout uses the card payment methods shown on the payment screen. Card verification or 3-D Secure may be required. A transaction is complete only after the payment provider confirms it; a bank’s pending authorization is not by itself proof of a completed purchase.

The current membership renewal schedule is 01:00 UTC on the first day of the month (6:00 p.m. PDT or 5:00 p.m. PST on the preceding Pacific day). This is a calendar-month cycle, not a rolling 30-day period. Joining near that boundary can be followed by another monthly payment soon afterward. Processing can be delayed. Archive content months follow the Pacific calendar and are separate from billing cycles.
Digital delivery and viewing
Available paid products and archives are normally accessible in the purchasing account as soon as payment is confirmed. Pending or failed payments do not unlock content. Use My library or Order history; completed funded projects are also linked from Backed projects.
A funding campaign states its actual delivery deadline before backing. Campaigns run for up to 30 days, with delivery due within 180 days after the closing date. Paid backers receive access when the creator releases the finished product, not when the goal is reached. If the deadline is missed, refund processing begins.
Check the listing for included posts, months, plan tiers, file formats, audio language, and subtitles. Video files can be streamed or downloaded when provided and accessible; browser and device compatibility vary. English descriptions do not guarantee English audio. Purchased access is for personal use, without redistribution rights.
When an offer has a deadline or availability limit, its listing and final confirmation control that offer. A checkout quote can expire and require a new price review. A creator’s preview or review approval does not constitute a completed purchase.
Changing or canceling a membership
Open Memberships or the creator’s Plans tab. Cancellation takes effect immediately, stops future renewals, and ends membership-derived access—including earlier months retained through the membership. It does not leave access active until the end of the month.
A direct paid-to-paid change preserves continuity but only within eligible tiers. Upgrades use the displayed price difference; downgrades change access immediately and do not automatically refund the current month. Moving to free or a failed renewal that ends membership breaks continuity. Rejoining does not restore earlier periods.
Separate purchases are independent of membership cancellation. Account deletion is a different action that can remove access to the purchasing account. Resolve pending payment or delivery issues first and keep your references.
Refunds, releases, and purchase problems
Digital content cannot be returned like a physical product. Change-of-mind cancellation after delivery and prorated membership refunds are not automatic. This does not exclude review of duplicate or unauthorized charges, missing or materially incorrect paid content, or refunds required by applicable law. Contact purchase support with your reference so the transaction and delivery can be checked.
Funding rules are explicit: an unmet goal releases the authorization without a completed charge; if completed payments fall below the goal, the campaign is canceled and completed charges are refunded. Creator cancellation or failure to deliver by the promised deadline also triggers refunds. You can withdraw while the campaign is still open and before its closing time. Reaching the goal can start payment processing and close backing early; withdrawal is then unavailable. Contact support about a payment problem.
Refunds and authorization releases are processed through the payment provider. Their appearance on your statement depends on your bank. A pending refund is not marked complete until confirmed. Check the existing transaction status rather than placing a new order to resolve it.
Availability and future features
Online access requires the purchasing account, the creator’s page, and the content to remain available. Removal, restrictions, account deletion, or creator closure may affect viewing. Purchased access is not a guarantee of perpetual hosting; contact support about unavailable paid content.
English voice-clone dubbing and VF Voice chats are planned only. They are not included in existing memberships, purchases, tips, or funding unless separately offered under future confirmed conditions. Responses come from VF Voice, not the creator live. No voice-chat payment or reservation is currently accepted. Fan lottery purchases and prize delivery are also not open.

Collectible drops: one random digital item
Paid drops are not open yet. The free sample playground does not charge you, enter a paid draw, or award purchased content.
When checkout opens, review the full lineup, current remaining odds, included files, and the total one-time price in JPY before confirming. Each successful payment awards one item. Items already collected by your account from that same drop are excluded; your remaining odds change accordingly. Content in other drops or shop purchases may overlap. All items in a remaining tier share that tier’s displayed probability equally. Collecting the full lineup stops further purchases for that account.
The result is recorded on the server and released only after payment is verified. The reveal is optional decoration: skipping or replaying it never changes your result or starts another payment. A pending verification is not a reason to pay again. Check My drops or contact support with the payment reference.
There is no cash prize, cash-out, transfer, or resale entitlement. A lower-tier result alone is not a failed delivery or a reason for a discretionary cancellation. This does not limit rights you may have under applicable law. Contact support for a duplicate charge, missing files, or materially incorrect delivery; remedies are reviewed against the transaction record. Do not repurchase to resolve a problem.
After sales begin, the lineup, tiers, odds settings, and price are locked. An administrator may approve a corrected version of the same work for a defect or privacy issue. Access can be held during that review. Stopping new sales alone does not remove an earned item.
